After Keanu Taylor’s body was found on the BBC soap, EastEnders fans are asking where Nish Panesar has gone at such an important time in Walford.
In coming EastEnders scenes, Phil Mitchell will get some terrible news about his son Ben.
Ben has quit the soap opera after actor Max Bowden revealed it. Next week, sad scenes will air during the fallout. In the plot about his exit, his life in America came back to haunt him when he was caught for credit card fraud.
His family and friends were devastated when they learned that he might have to go to prison abroad for the crimes. His husband, Callum Highway, offered to wait for him if he had to go to prison.
Ben rejected bail and was finally sent back to the US to face the consequences of his actions, even though he had planned to run away with Lexi at first.
Phil will find out that Ben has been given a six-year jail sentence when he runs into George Knight in the Boxing Den in the next few scenes.
George is still upset about his mother Gloria’s heart attack while his father Eddie is on trial for murder. He has a heart-to-heart with Phil, who tells him to go back to the hospital even though he is also dealing with some bad news of his own.
Bowden, who has already talked about his next project after leaving the soap opera, paid tribute to his character Ben and the fans who had backed him as his last scenes played.
“Well guys, it’s that time! “, he wrote on Instagram. It has been a really fun ride! Thank you for liking my version of Ben and letting it into your lives. It was great working at @bbceastenders for five years. I learned a lot about myself and the skill I love so much.
“It helped me get through some really tough times in my life, and I will always be grateful!” Fans of the show are so passionate, loving, and committed that I will never be able to thank everyone enough for their help. Because it makes us artists want to keep going and get better, I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who has sent me good vibes over the last five years. I love you all.
EastEnders airs on BBC One Monday through Thursday at 7:30 p.m. You can also watch the show on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes come out early, at 6am, before they air on TV.
