The official trailer for the highly anticipated upcoming action comedy “Wolfs” starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney has been released.
The film, which was written and directed by Jon Watts, the director of the “Spider-Man” franchise, recounts the tale of two lone-wolf fixers who endeavor to conceal the same high-profile crime.
Austin Abrams, Amy Ryan, and Poorna Jagannathan are also featured in the Columbia Pictures and Apple Original Films film, in addition to Pitt and Clooney.
Additionally, Pitt and Clooney serve as producers on the film under their respective Plan B Productions and Smokehouse Pictures banners. Apple has emerged as the third studio to secure the movie bundle, defeating Sony, Lionsgate, and Netflix in a bidding war. The film is being distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing.
The film “Wolfs” represents a reunion for Pitt and Clooney, who previously collaborated on three “Ocean’s” films and last appeared on screen in 2008’s “Burn After Reading.”
The theatrical release is scheduled for September 20.
Clooney informed Deadline in December 2023 that he, Pitt, and Watts were “Already talking about a sequel” for “Wolfs,” and that the production of the film was a “great shoot.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we have witnessed it.” It is an exceptional film, and it is a pleasure to collaborate with Brad once more. Clooney stated, “We had an extremely enjoyable time.”
Pitt and Clooney have previously collaborated on screen on numerous occasions. Subsequent to 2008’s “Burn Before The Reading,” they collaborated on the “Oceans” franchise.
