When Lebanese pop star Majda Roumi appeared on stage to open the “Jerash Culture and Arts” festival, she collapsed on the amphitheater’s southern amphitheatre.
However, 10 minutes later, she returned to the stage and finished the festival’s opening ceremony.
The singer also posted videos of the event on her own Facebook page, as well as footage from the beginning and end of the show.
During the festival Majda Al Roumi felt dizzy and passed out for 10 minutes-however she continued the event after that.

The historic city of Jerash, located 45 kilometres north of Jordan’s capital Amman, welcomed the 35th Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts on Wednesday.
According to the state-run Petra news agency, Minister of Culture Ali Al Ayed declared during the opening ceremony that the revival of the Jerash Festival represents a return to joy and brilliance after a long absence.
Throughout the festival’s 11 days, Ayed said, Jordanian, Arab, and worldwide folklore ensembles would perform poetry, song, dance, and theatre.
