Square Enix has been commemorating the beloved Kingdom Hearts franchise’s twentieth anniversary, and as expected, we were treated to a look at the next entry, Kingdom Hearts 4. The three-minute hyperrealistic and visually stunning trailer featured Sora. Square Enix has not yet announced the platforms for Kingdom Hearts 4, but it is expected to be PlayStation 5, PC, and possibly Xbox Series X|S. While Kingdom Hearts 4 is currently being developed using Unreal Engine 4, the team has announced that they are preparing to transition to the newly released and more powerful Unreal Engine 5.
