Although Nigel Harman is now Cha Cha Cha-ing across TV screens on Strictly Come Dancing every weekend, he is best known for portraying EastEnders bad boy Dennis Rickman.
Despite being heartbreakingly killed off in 2005 in front of his love interest Sharon Watts, the soap star has remained a fan favorite throughout the years. Since then, Nigel has been in the television series Casualty and joined Katya Jones and the BBC’s ballroom dance team.
With their amazing performances and connection, Nigel and Katya have impressed the judges and the audience on Strictly, but his wife Lucy Liemann is their greatest supporter.
The Bill, The IT Crowd, Midsomer Murders, Agatha Raisin, Moving Wallpaper, and Reggie Perrin are just a few of the well-known TV programmes in which Lucy has appeared. She is most well-known, however, for playing Lucy in The Bourne Ultimatum, the third installment in the Jason Bourne movie series.
Although Nigel and Lucy like to keep their marriage a secret, we do know that they initially met on the set of Hotel Babylon, in which they both had roles.
After being married in 2011, Lucy gave birth to their daughter, who is now around 11 years old.
A prouder daughter could not have existed, according to Katya, who said, “I will tell you her tiny expression – she was so proud! At the end of the day, it is all that counts.

On ITV’s Lorraine, Nigel said: “I’m amazed, excited, and terrified to be doing Strictly” after announcing his participation in the program in August. I have marveled at the folks who have spun and danced across the screen as a couch viewer of the program.
