There are many ways to make bread, but this is the quickest and safest way to get bread for school, for sandwiches, and for main meals at home or when you go out to eat.
*Substances used
300 ml of warm water
One tablespoon of quick yeast
Two spoonfuls of sugar
600 grams of gluten-free flour
A half cup of warm milk
A little salt
And a tablespoon of butter that is barely warm
Here is the recipe:
Add warm water to the yeast and mix them together. Let them sit for twenty-five minutes so the yeast can work well.
Slowly add the warm milk to the flour in the mixer.
After that, mix the yeast, sugar, and water right away.
Mix the things together for five minutes, then add a pinch of salt.
After another minute of mixing, add the butter.
It takes 10 to 12 minutes of work at medium speed to finish the dough.
Ten minutes is enough time to let the dough rest.
Then we cut it up into pieces of any size we want, like 250 grams.
Leave the pieces alone for five more minutes with the lid on.
Then we make balls that are the right size.
Once they are shaped, we put a lid on them and let them ferment.
for one hour
Put them in an oven that is already hot (185 degrees)
For 22 to 25 minutes
