Summary
There is a certain way to cook lamb that makes it taste great and look good enough to eat. Seasonings must cover up any bad smells and add a layer to bring out the lamb’s good taste.
What’s in it
2 pounds of chopped lamb without bones
2 tablespoons of oil for plants
1 yellow onion, cut into pieces
1 chopped clove of garlic
Scotch broth soup from a can (435 ml)
1/2 cup (125 ml) water
1/2 teaspoon of crushed dried thyme
1 can (300 ml) fake sour cream
2 tablespoons of regular flour
Method
Start
In a nonstick pan, heat oil and cook the lamb. Put it in a slow cooker.
Step 2
The same nonstick pan should now have onion, carrots, and garlic in it. The onion should be soft but not brown. Add the water, thyme, and Scotch broth soup and stir them in. Remove the cooked bits from the pan’s base. Pour over lamb.
Step 3
Set the slow cooker to low heat. Mix fake sour cream and flour together slowly. Add 1 cup of hot liquid slowly while stirring the sour cream. Come back to the hot food.
Step 4
Put the lid on and cook for three hours, or until the veggies and lamb are fully cooked.Tell your friends about the walk.
