The highly anticipated action comedy “Wolfs,” starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney, has been given its first glimpse.
The duo, who last shared the screen in the 2008 crime comedy “Burn After Reading,” remain uncomfortable silenced as they travel in a vehicle together in the footage.
The car’s windshield wipers squeak excruciatingly slowly over the windshield throughout the trailer, while Clooney remains behind the wheel looking annoyed. Pitt fidgets with the car’s visor and then opens the glove box, prompting Clooney to slam it shut.
The film “Wolfs,” which was written and directed by Jon Watts, the director of the “Spider-Man” franchise, is the narrative of two lone-wolf fixers who are attempting to conceal the same high-profile crime.
Amy Ryan, Austin Abrams, and Poorna Jagannathan are also featured in the Columbia Pictures and Apple Original Films film.
The theatrical release of “Wolfs” is scheduled for September 20.
Clooney informed Deadline in December 2023 that he, Pitt, and Watts were “Already talking about a sequel” for “Wolfs,” and that the production of the film was a “great shoot.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we have witnessed it.” It is an exceptional film, and it is a pleasure to collaborate with Brad once more. Clooney stated, “We had an extremely enjoyable time.”
Pitt and Clooney have previously collaborated on screen on numerous occasions. Subsequent to 2008’s “Burn Before The Reading,” they collaborated on the “Oceans” franchise.
