A deal worth $11 billion was inked between Saudi Arabia’s Aramco and France’s Total Energies to construct a petrochemicals complex in Saudi Arabia.
This was discussed during a news conference that was held jointly on Saturday.
According to Reuters, “Aramco and Total Energies awarded EPC contracts for the $11 billion “Amiral” complex,” which is an extension of a petrochemicals plant at the SATORP refinery in Saudi Arabia. “Amiral” is an acronym for “Aramco and Total Energies.”
