In a strategic step aimed at enhancing its institutional presence, the Insurers Federation of Egypt has announced its decision to collaborate with a specialized agency to develop a comprehensive visual identity. This follows a careful review of submissions received as part of its recent logo design competition.
The federation extended its sincere appreciation to all participants, commending the creativity and enthusiasm reflected in each submission. The initiative sparked wide engagement from professionals and creatives who sought to contribute to the federation’s evolving image.
Despite the diversity and quality of the entries, the federation concluded that none of the proposed designs sufficiently embodied its vision and institutional mission—particularly at a time when it is focused on building a long-term visual identity that aligns with its strategic direction.

As a result, the Insurers Federation of Egypt will engage a professional agency specializing in branding and visual identity to ensure the final outcome effectively reflects the federation’s core values, market position, and ambitions for digital transformation and sustainable development within the insurance sector.
This move comes as part of a broader strategy to enhance institutional communication, modernize brand perception, and strengthen public trust in the insurance industry—while ensuring coherence across all visual and digital platforms.
Established in 1953 by decree No. 156 from the Minister of Finance and Economy, the Insurers Federation of Egypt is a non-profit legal entity comprising all insurance and reinsurance companies operating under Law No. 155 of 2024 (Unified Insurance Law). It functions as a recognized private-sector body, officially registered with the Financial Regulatory Authority.
The federation’s key objectives include modernizing Egypt’s insurance industry, promoting best practices, coordinating with regulatory bodies to avoid conflicts of interest, resolving disputes among members, and enhancing cooperation with both local and international insurance federations—contributing to the stability and growth of the national economy.
