The P4 department of the CBD project in the New Administrative Capital organised the activity of the “group marriage” ceremony in order to increase the happiness and sense of belonging of the Egyptian employees, enhance their integration into the company, and promote cultural exchanges between Egypt and China. The goal of the ceremony was to increase the happiness and sense of belonging of the Egyptian employees.
At the group wedding, which will have the slogan “love abroad and progress together in the company” as its theme, four Chinese and Egyptian couples will get married in front of all of the project management staff while wearing hanfu, performing hanli, and tying the knot in traditional Chinese fashion.
Before the ceremony, the four couples decided to have their wedding photographs taken in the “Egyptian-Chinese Friendship Corridor” on the 29th floor of the P4 area. In doing so, they made their professional lives a witness to some of the most beautiful moments in their life.
The newlyweds stepped onto the stage to usher in the long-awaited wedding ceremony as they retold their love tales in the beautiful camp while being serenaded by the singing of the sentimental Chinese song “Wedding March.” The wedding ceremony had been a long time in the making.
At the conclusion of the event, the project additionally prepared a wedding present for the Egyptian and Chinese couples as a means of showing their heartfelt gratitude to the couples for their ongoing support throughout the development of the project.
This event boosted the cultural identity and group belonging of international workers as well as increased their awareness of Chinese culture among Egyptian employees. Additionally, it fostered cultural interactions between Chinese employees and employees from other countries.
The initiative also makes use of celebrations and will continue to conduct a number of events in an effort to broaden the scope of the joy that may be experienced by employees.
